Hellerau Portait Exhibition

My photographic series Prosopagnosia was selected for inclusion in the Grand Annual Exhibition of Portraits at the Altes Pumpenhaus in Dresden, Germany, and as part of the Hellerau Photography Award. This group exhibition featured 34 international artists, showcasing work that explores the complexities of identity, memory, and representation. This internationally recognized exhibition featured 34 artists from around the world, each contributing to a broader conversation about identity, perception, and the evolving role of photography in contemporary culture.

Prosopagnosia—a series grounded in neuroscience and memory—was presented within an immersive setting, its circular Polaroid imagery echoing the fragmentary nature of recollection and identity. The project investigates the instability of memory through circular-framed Polaroid imagery, metaphorically mirroring the telescopic nature of recollection.
